Myrtille chair lift
The Myrtilles chairlift is rare in that it also works in the summer.
From Monday to Thursday in July and August it carries people in the open air from 1450m up to 1900m.
The top of the chairlift offers an exceptional panorama over the plain and the neighbouring valleys of Aure and Louron as well as the highest start for the walker.
For the descent, there are numerous options:- foot, parapente, VTT...

- 8€ the day (unlimited ascents)

Family walks
Lac de Sarrouyes, walk n° 12. Time up: 1h 30mins Altitude difference: 350m e down: 1h 15mins Altitude ascent: 100m.
From the ski-lift, climb to the left towards 2 ski drags and following the markers reach the grassy knoll on the right, 50 m before the start of the drags. Follow the path which descends then climb again in the small valley. After two steep rises one reaches the Sarrouyes lake
Stay discreet and attentive and you can certainly observe marmottes in the valley...
For the more adventurous
Once you arrive at the Sarrouyes lake, less than one and half hours and 350 metres of ascent more allows you to reach the Miares lakes at 2578 metres.
On a high plateau, these lakes are surrounded by the Pics de Parrauis, d’Estos (2803m) and Sarrouyes (2676m) which will tempt the climbers to ascend.
