Office de Tourisme de la Vallée du Louron is reinventing itself

The Tourist Office has recently undergone a major renovation project to provide visitors with a completely redesigned reception area that is modern, functional, and welcoming.
This new layout was created to enhance the visitor experience and showcase the region’s many attractions to their fullest potential.

From the moment they arrive, visitors discover a bright and welcoming space with a strong visual identity, where outdoor activities and sports play a central role. Digital tools, including interactive touch screens, allow visitors to independently explore activities, events, and holiday ideas available throughout the valley.

The travel advisors, who are experts and passionate about the region, help visitors plan their stay whether they are traveling with family, friends, or solo, offering personalized recommendations tailored to every type of traveler.

Project Description

The project involves the redevelopment of bilingual visitor reception areas designed to improve the clarity of information and enhance visitor comfort.

It also includes the creation of a retail space dedicated to promoting cross-border local products and handicrafts, thereby strengthening the cultural and economic ties within the region.
